The Excavator is a cable and pulley system that is installed near windows in high rise buildings.In the event of a fire ,you put a harness on,attached to the cable and pulley system,and lower yourself down the out side of the building. The Evacuator can only work on building &that ;are less than 1000 feet tall right now , and it might be scary using it for most people .Te Evacuator could save lives if people are trapped by fire on high floors of a buildings.
